ستتناول هذه المقالة تصميم وتطبيقات علبة التروس الكوكبية. تعتمد نسبة التخفيض في علبة التروس الكوكبية على عدد أسنان التروس. عادةً ما تكون نسب التخفيض في علب التروس الكوكبية أقل من نسب التخفيض في ناقلات الحركة الميكانيكية التقليدية، والتي تُستخدم بشكل أساسي لتشغيل المحركات والمولدات. وغالبًا ما تُعدّ الخيار الأمثل للتطبيقات الشاقة. فيما يلي بعض مزايا علب التروس الكوكبية.
علب التروس الكوكبية
تعمل علب التروس الكوكبية وفق مبدأ مشابه للأنظمة الشمسية. تدور هذه العلب حول ترس مركزي يُسمى الترس الشمسي، وترتبط به ترسان خارجيان أو أكثر، تُسمى التروس الكوكبية، بواسطة حامل. ثم تُدير هذه التروس عمود الإخراج. يُشبه ترتيب التروس الكوكبية ترتيب كواكب مجرة درب التبانة. يُنتج هذا الترتيب أفضل كثافة عزم وصلابة لعلبة التروس.
تُعدّ التروس الكوكبية بديلاً مُدمجاً لمُخفّضات السرعة التقليدية ذات التروس المُسنّنة، وتُقدّم العديد من المزايا. هذه الخصائص تجعلها مثالية لمجموعة واسعة من التطبيقات، بما في ذلك صغر حجمها وخفة وزنها. وتتعزز كفاءة التروس الكوكبية بنقل 90% من طاقة الإدخال إلى الإخراج. كما تتميز علب التروس بانخفاض مستوى الضوضاء وكثافة عزم الدوران العالية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يُوفّر تصميمها توزيعاً أفضل للأحمال، مما يُساهم في إطالة عمرها التشغيلي.
تتطلب التروس الكوكبية التشحيم. ولأنها أصغر حجماً من التروس التقليدية، فإنها تُبدد الحرارة بكفاءة. بل إن التشحيم يُقلل من الاهتزاز والضوضاء. ومن المهم أيضاً الحفاظ على تشحيم التروس بشكل صحيح لمنع التآكل الناتج عن الاستخدام. كما يُساعد التشحيم في التروس الكوكبية على ضمان عملها بكفاءة ويُقلل من تآكلها.
تستخدم علبة التروس الكوكبية عدة أجزاء كوكبية لتحقيق هدف التخفيض. يحتوي كل ترس على عمود إخراج وترس شمسي مركزي. يُثبّت الترس الحلقي على الآلة، بينما يُثبّت الترس الشمسي بنظام تثبيت. تتصل التروس الخارجية بالحامل، وتُثبّت كل ترس كوكبي معًا بواسطة حلقات. يسمح هذا الترتيب بأن يكون الترس الكوكبي متناظرًا بالنسبة لعمود الإدخال.
تُحدد نسبة تروس علبة التروس الكوكبية بعدد أسنان الترس الشمسي. فكلما صغر حجم الترس الشمسي، زادت نسبة التروس. ويتراوح نطاق نسب التروس الكوكبية من 3:1 إلى 10:1. ولكن في النهاية، يصبح الترس الشمسي صغيرًا جدًا، مما يؤدي إلى انخفاض عزم الدوران بشكل ملحوظ. فكلما زادت النسبة، قلّ عزم الدوران الذي يمكن للتروس نقله. ولذلك، يُشار إلى التروس الكوكبية غالبًا باسم "التروس الكوكبية".
تصميمهم
التصميم الأساسي لعلبة التروس الكوكبية بسيط للغاية. تتكون من ثلاثة أجزاء متصلة، لكل منها عزم دوران خاص بها. يُثبَّت الترس الحلقي على الإطار 0 عند النقطة O، بينما يُثبَّت الترسان الآخران معًا عند النقطتين A وB. في الوقت نفسه، يُثبَّت الترس الحلقي على ذراع الكوكب 3 عند النقطة O. جميع الأجزاء الثلاثة متصلة بمفاصل. يوضح الشكل 9 مخطط الجسم الحر.
